10 Ridiculous Suits Moments That Totally Would Have Gotten Harvey Disbarred In Real Life
Anyone who’s watched Suits for at least 10 minutes knows that Harvey Specter isn’t the most ethical lawyer around, although you could argue there are no ethics lawyers on TV. However, most of Harvey’s actions over the nine seasons of the USA Network series are questionable. There’s never been a case where someone didn’t collude, blackmail, threaten, or blackmail someone into getting what they want in a courtroom, and most of the time, this includes Harvey. Harvey has a severe and rough personality, which is sometimes necessary to win a case (by any means necessary). However, it also leads to shady behavior that gets Harvey in trouble sometimes. In the final season of Suits season 1, Harvey represented an innocent man, Clifford Danner, in a murder trial. Clifford was imprisoned for 12 years after being falsely convicted of murdering his (secret) girlfriend. Harvey learned that District Attorney Cameron Dennis had covered up evidence that proved Matt Bailey and Jason Black were the culprits. After the case reached a dead end, Harvey enlisted Trevor Evans’ help. On behalf of Harvey and Mike, Trevor broke into Matt’s house and threatened to kill him.
